Botanic Gardens Project
An art group for young adults aged 16 and up, based at the University of Dundee’s Botanic Gardens.
The natural environment promotes well-being and enhances confidence. Here, young minds can unleash their creativity in a safe and inspiring environment, where therapeutic art gently guides them to discover new techniques while exploring ideas, finding sanctuary in the peaceful surroundings.
This place gives you so much energy to do things, not just the art but looking ahead and not feeling down all the time. You are taken seriously and given any help you need. Even my mum said I seem so much happier.
